Market Value is the price that a property will actually sell for. It is not the value that an Estate Agent will place on a property. Estate Agent’s valuations are invariably inflated to secure an instruction and, months later, when a buyer hasn’t been found, asking prices are usually reduced. Market Value is the price someone will pay you after they have negotiated and brought the price down.
No. We will arrange for, and pay for, our Surveyor to inspect and we can also appoint a solicitor to take care of your side of the legal procedure and we will pay their fees. There are NO hidden fees or charges
